.jpg) We first took a Panoramic image to see the condition of the alveolar bone on tooth no,26/27 area.
.jpg) We then took a ct image of the patient using Picasso-Trio SP FOV 12x8 by VATECH . While using the VR function(Ez3D2009) of the coronal view , we can check the state of the sinus bone above tooth no 27 area. This kind of information is not available using film imaging.
 By switching to oblique mode of Ez3D2009 , we can freely evaluate the thickness and height of the sinus area.
 Exact measurements are one of the advantages using digital imaging. In our case we can measure the vertical height on the bone of tooth no 27 area which is 2.5mm.

.jpg) We then simulated the implant procedure with Ez3D2009¡¯s implant function.
.jpg) After insertion of implant no¡¯s 26 and 27 with Colla Tape minus bone graft, we took an image for checked the condition of implants
 Here we can see the condition of tooth¡¯s no 26 and 27 after the implant placement.

.jpg) We checked the profile and state of bone tissue with profile function. the implant procedure is successful.
 Using the Dynamic view mode we can confirm bone growth around the implant making it a success.
 Lastly we took panoramic image of the finished procedure.
